The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Management team to analyse business needs, document requirements, and support product development initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, ensuring that business goals are translated into effective product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with business goals.

  • Convert high-level business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and use cases.

2. Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between product managers, engineering teams, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Organise and facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions.

  • Ensure clear communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

3. Product Development Support

  • Work closely with product managers to define and refine the product roadmap.

  • Help ensure that product features deliver value to customers and meet business objectives.

  • Participate in Agile activities such as:

    • Sprint planning

    • Backlog grooming

    • Release planning

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy.

  • Analyse customer feedback and product performance metrics.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to help product teams and leadership make informed decisions.

5. Quality Assurance and Testing

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to validate requirements during development.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final solution meets business needs.

  • Identify and report issues during testing phases.

Required Skills
