Job Overview

Position: Business Analyst
Company: Bahwan CyberTek
Location: Greater Chennai Area, India
Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Work Mode: Onsite / Work From Office
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel may be required depending on project needs.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering business requirements, supporting solution design, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful product delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into actionable development plans.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirement Analysis

  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications

  • Document system processes and workflows for development teams

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions

  • Ensure clear communication between business teams and technical teams

  • Manage expectations and maintain alignment across project teams

3. Solution Design & Analysis

  • Assist with solution design, impact analysis, and gap analysis

  • Prepare documentation including:

    • Functional specifications

    • Wireframes

    • Data mappings

    • API integration details

4. Agile Product Development

  • Manage and refine the product backlog

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as:

    • Sprint planning

    • Daily stand-ups

    • Sprint reviews

    • Retrospectives

5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Plan and execute UAT cycles

  • Develop test cases and validation scenarios

  • Track defects and coordinate with developers for issue resolution

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare business cases and analytical reports

  • Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making

7. Release & Post-Deployment Support

  • Support release readiness activities

  • Assist with post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution
