Job Overview
Job Title: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to define and deliver high-quality ERP features. The role focuses on translating business requirements into structured functional specifications and ensuring smooth coordination across development teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.

Analyse functional requirements and translate them into clear and structured documentation.

Evaluate information from multiple sources to support product design decisions.
2. Functional Specification Development
-
Create detailed Functional Specifications, including:

Use cases
-
Process workflows
-
Mockups
-

Ensure documentation accurately reflects product requirements and development scope.
3. Product Development Coordination
-
Coordinate feature development across multiple teams.

Track project progress and manage dependencies between development tasks.

Ensure that product features are implemented according to defined requirements and standards.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance Support

Define test strategies and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA engineers.

Validate completed features to ensure they meet business requirements.

Participate in functional testing and feature acceptance.
5. Stakeholder & Customer Communication

Communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to clarify workflows and edge cases.

Ensure product solutions align with real-world business processes.
6. Mentoring & Team Collaboration

Support and mentor other analysts within the team.

Help maintain consistency and quality in requirement documentation and specifications.
