Job Summary:
Infosys is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across global clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

Work closely with clients, product owners, and development teams.

Translate business needs into clear user stories and process flows.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Support solution design, UAT, and implementation activities.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations.

Ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, and process mapping.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in agile and client-facing environments.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT services or consulting projects.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Understanding of digital transformation and enterprise systems.
