Role Overview: Business Analyst II
As a Business Analyst II, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will lead requirements gathering, testing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements—primarily within HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and related modules.
This role requires deep functional and technical ServiceNow expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working within agile and DevOps models.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Lead and support the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.

Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with technical teams for seamless handover to development.
2. ServiceNow Functional & Technical Support
-
Provide support to regional teams, including Super Users, Transition Leads, and Change Management teams.
-
Assist in both project and BAU initiatives.
-
Support unit testing, UAT planning, and multi-environment testing.
-
Work closely with Capgemini and internal People teams to ensure successful deployments.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
-
Act as a change ambassador to promote ServiceNow adoption.
-
Communicate the value and benefits of platform enhancements.
-
Lead stakeholder enablement and transformation initiatives.
4. Project & BAU Deliverables
-
Develop quick-reference guides and training materials for:
-
ServiceNow People Demand Management (CIM application)
-
ServiceNow HRSD
-
Supporting applications
-
-
Prioritize release items for the Demand Review Board.
-
Plan and execute testing strategies for platform upgrades (e.g., Yokohama Instance).
-
Support ongoing ServiceNow projects and HR service catalogue implementations.
-
Improve reporting and analytics within the ServiceNow platform.
5. Process Improvement & Analytics
-
Analyse usability testing outcomes and define enhancement opportunities.

Document workflows and support the implementation/testing of new processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR and enterprise systems.
6. Collaboration & Governance

Build strong working relationships with:

Maintain alignment with roadmap governance and design principles.
7. Reporting & KPI Tracking

Support reporting requirements and project tracking.

Maintain documentation for training, communications, governance, and backlog management.

Ensure timely delivery of BAU and project-related deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

8+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong ServiceNow functional and technical expertise (HRSD).
-
Experience with Agile and DevOps models in ServiceNow environments.
