Role Overview: Business Analyst
DNV is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
This position is ideal for professionals with at least two years of business analysis experience who thrive in structured environments and enjoy bridging business needs with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and document business requirements.

Ensure requirements are clearly defined, structured, and actionable.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows.
Process Analysis & Improvement

Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments to evaluate system changes.

Recommend optimization strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Solution Development Support

Work closely with technical teams during solution design and implementation.

Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature deployments.

Assist in validation, testing, and rollout of new systems.
Stakeholder Communication

Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive clarity, alignment, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
