The Role: Business Analyst – AI Automation

We are seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst (AI Automation) to spearhead the development of a flagship AI-driven product for the U.S. Real Estate industry.

In this role, you aren’t just documenting requirements; you are architecting the logic behind AI-driven workflows. You will serve as the vital link between U.S. clients and our technical team, transforming ambiguous business challenges into structured, high-efficiency automation roadmaps.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Discovery: Lead requirement discovery sessions with U.S. clients and business consultants to map current-state vs. future-state AI workflows.

• AI Process Mapping: Identify opportunities for LLMs, prompt engineering, and RPA to streamline data extraction and operational outcomes in real estate.

• Technical Orchestration: Define triggers, decision points, and data flows for AI-driven systems.

• Requirement Documentation: Author comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and Data Mapping documents that translate business needs into developer-friendly logic.

• Execution & UAT: Support the Tech Lead in validating automation outputs and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with client goals.

💪 Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Background: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AI-driven systems, automation, or data platforms.

• AI Proficiency: Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, workflow orchestration, or intelligent data transformation.

• Process Mapping Mastery: Strong ability to visualise complex logic through workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• U.S. Real Estate Context: (Preferred) Understanding of real estate data flows and operational challenges.

• Communication Excellence: Ability to explain technical AI constraints to business stakeholders and business logic to developers.
