Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for evaluating organisational processes, understanding business models, and designing future-ready solutions that align with both business goals and technology platforms. You will work across multiple teams, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your role will involve gathering and analysing requirements, documenting business processes, facilitating discussions, and contributing to key decisions that impact project outcomes. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting your team with insights, guidance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Assess the current state of business operations and define future-state solutions.

  • Gather, research, and synthesize business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discussions.

  • Translate business needs into clear, well-documented functional requirements.

  • Create and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, and solution outlines.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team members on business analysis best practices

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to align business requirements with technology solutions.

  • Support project planning activities, including timelines, scope definition, and deliverables

  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to cross-team strategic decisions.

  • Provide structured solutions to business challenges affecting multiple teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in Business Requirements Analysis

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role

  • Proven ability to analyse business models and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Development

  • Exposure to Salesforce Testing

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and enterprise systems

Professional Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams

  • Clear understanding of business process modelling and solution design
