Brand Partner

We are looking for someone who is desperately curious and naturally gravitates towards the deconstruction of ideas, people and life.

  • Must have a serious passion to ask ‘why’ and define the ‘what’
  • Have a basic understanding of consumer behaviour, covert love for numbers and uber cool presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesise information, interpret and concise it.
  • Unhealthy obsession / romanticised passion for one thing in life or many
  • Lead people in cross-functional teams both within Sparkt and clients alike.

What will you do?

  • Write sharp and focused briefs covering product, audience & insight that will well aid the creative development process.
  • Rigorous Research, mine insights, communication analysis and table them in a palatable form.
  • Develop Creative Solutions with various cross-functional teams
  • Channel & platform analysis with the help of analytical tools.
  • Lend insight to the creative team and further aiding & moderating the creative development process.
  • Lead Client Engagements & Deliveries with a strategic & operational focus.

  • Combination of analytical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in people.
  • Shrewd common sense and fantabulous communication + presentation skills.
  • Team-working skills with the ability to listen to, and to be sensitive.
