The Role: Azure OpenAI Developer

TCS is looking for experienced Azure OpenAI Developers to design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. You will work at the cutting edge of LLM (Large Language Model) integration, helping our global clients leverage the power of GPT-4 and other advanced AI models within the secure Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Leadership

• AI Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend architectures for Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service.

• Model Integration: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to connect LLMs with proprietary enterprise data.

• Cloud Engineering: Manage and deploy AI models using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure AI Search.

• Prompt Engineering: Craft and refine sophisticated system prompts to ensure accuracy, safety, and brand alignment.

• API Development: Build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless communication between AI services and front-end applications.

• Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performing AI features.

Required Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a seasoned professional who understands the intersection of cloud scalability and cognitive computing.

Technical Requirements

• Azure Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on work experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

• AI & IT Services: At least 3+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IT consulting environments.

• Generative AI Stack: Proficiency in LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks for LLM orchestration.

• Programming: Strong skills in Python, Node.js, or C# for AI application development.

• Data Privacy: Deep understanding of AI safety, content filtering, and enterprise security within Azure.

Experience Level

• Total Experience: 5 – 12 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a passion for staying updated on the latest AI research and Microsoft updates.
