Job Summary: Digital Adoption Specialist (IT)

As a Digital Adoption Specialist (IT) at Awign Expert, you will work closely with global clients to understand their technical and training requirements, analyse customer systems, recommend digital adoption solutions, and deliver content and strategy that improves user adoption of enterprise applications.

This role blends technical expertise, customer consulting, solution design, and content creation with a strong focus on real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities in this role will include:

Customer Collaboration

  • Engage with global customers to identify the training and digital adoption needs of target audiences.

  • Build a deep understanding of client systems, workflows, and business processes.

  • Gather and analyse technical requirements to derive actionable insights for adoption and training success.

Solution Design & Consulting

  • Consult and ideate optimal digital adoption strategies using customer product ecosystems.

  • Propose effective solutions that enhance process efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement adoption solutions.

Content Design & Creation

  • Use the client’s Studio Editor to develop content that addresses specific use cases and customer challenges.

  • Design training modules, guides, and digital content tailored to customer needs.

Standards & Quality

  • Help develop standards, templates, and guidelines that ensure quality, consistency, and repeatability across projects.

  • Document best practices and share knowledge across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

✔ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or BCA
✔ 1–5 years of relevant experience in software development, solutions, or professional services
✔ Strong command of ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, REST APIs
✔ Solid understanding of system architecture and security fundamentals
✔ Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Immediate availability or minimal notice period

Preferred & Added Advantage Skills

Candidates with the following will stand out:

🔹 Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, ERP/CRM/CLM systems
🔹 Exposure to MERN stack or front-end development
🔹 Strong understanding of enterprise business processes

🔹 Excellent spoken English and cross-cultural communication skills
