Virtual Conclave & Case Launch: Live webinar featuring keynotes from industry experts and Asian Paints R&D leadership. Problem statement briefs and a live Q&A session will be conducted.
Submission Phase I (Tentatively September):
- Format: 3 to 5 slides PPT (excluding cover and thank you slides).
- Slide 1: Participant/Team details.
- Content: Core solution framework, preliminary analysis, and deliverables. Embedded Excel calculations allowed.
- Naming Convention: Campus or Organisation Name_Team Name
Submission Phase II (Tentatively November):
- Shortlisted candidates receive technical mentorship from Asian Paints scientists.
- Format: Detailed 10-slide PPT (excluding cover and thank you slides).
- Content: Solution refinement, feasibility studies, data modelling, and implementation roadmap.
- Naming Convention: Campus or Organisation Name_Team Name
Alchemy Conclave Grand Finale (Tentatively January): Finalist teams present their refined solutions live before an expert jury panel.

Academic Programs:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Paint Technology, Surface Coating, or Polymer Technology.
- M.Sc in Chemistry.
- Currently enrolled PhD candidates in Chemistry or related Material Science domains.
Industry Professionals: Working professionals currently employed in the coatings or materials industry.
Geographic Scope: Open to national (India) and international applicants.
Exclusions: Past winners of previous Asian Paints Alchemy editions are ineligible to participate.

PhD Sponsorships: Financial sponsorship worth up to INR 5 Lakhs (or USD equivalent for international participants) for top-performing researchers.
Cash Rewards: Cash prizes of up to INR 1 Lakh per member for the winning team.
Career Opportunities: Pre-Placement Interviews (PPI) and Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) for internship and full-time R&D roles at Asian Paints (subject to vacancy availability).
Optional Campus Ambassador Role: Registered students can opt in to represent Asian Paints on campus, unlocking additional rewards, merchandise, and networking opportunities.
