We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Offshore Marketing & Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex marketing data and actionable growth strategies, transforming raw metrics into automated reporting for elite enterprise clients.
The Role: Driving Performance through Data
As a Marketing & Data Analyst at Ascendeum, you will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from tagging and tracking to advanced visualisation and optimisation recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Performance Intelligence: Collect and interpret marketing data across paid media, CRM, and website platforms to find growth levers.

Dashboard Engineering: Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Tableau or Looker for high-level client reporting.

Data Automation: Use SQL for complex queries and Python for building automated data pipelines and wrangling tasks.

Journey Mapping: Utilise GA4 to decode user behaviour, conversion paths, and multi-touch attribution logic.

Tracking & QA: Collaborate on Google Tag Manager implementations and conduct rigorous QA on data tags to ensure 100% accuracy.

Strategic Audits: Assist in media performance audits, pacing analysis, and cross-channel optimisation.
Your Technical Success Profile
We are looking for a data professional who understands both the “how” of the technology and the “why” of the marketing metrics.

Experience: 2+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analysis roles.

Core Technical Stack:

Analytics: Deep proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

SQL: Strong skills in data extraction, complex joins, and aggregations.

Programming: Familiarity with Python for automation and data scripting.

Visualisation: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of media buying platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs).

Mastery of digital KPIs, UTM parameters, and pixel tracking methodologies.

Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies across platforms.
