 The Role: Ground Truth Data Execution

As a Digital Associate I, you will work within a specialised team to collect, execute, and report data based on dynamic instructions. Your precision directly impacts the reliability of the models Amazon builds for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Execution: Accurately execute data tasks and report results based on evolving instructions.

• Ground Truth Collection: Follow defined procedures to collect the primary data used for product development.

• Tool Proficiency: Utilise specialised software tools for data capture while maintaining 100% compliance with organisational processes.

• Quality & Productivity: Perform repetitive data exercises with zero compromise on quality, adhering to strict productivity baselines.

• SLA & Reporting: Identify and raise execution failures in the portal, ensuring they are closed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

 Your Technical & Professional Profile

We are looking for candidates with an eye for detail and a quantitative mindset. Whether you are a Fresher or an Experienced Professional, your ability to follow complex instructions quickly is key.

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering) is highly preferred.

• Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
