The Role: AI/ML Engineer (LLM & Agentic AI Specialist)

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with a deep focus on Generative AI and Agentic Workflows. You will be responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines, specifically focusing on autonomous agents and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Agentic AI Architecture: Build autonomous agents and complex workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

• LLM Development: Design, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models using PyTorch and Hugging Face (HF) Transformers.

• Advanced RAG & Vector Search: Implement and manage Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for high-performance embedding retrieval.

• Production Deployment: Integrate ML models into scalable production environments using FastAPI or Flask.

• End-to-End Pipelines: Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and MLOps to ensure model accuracy and performance.

• Evaluation & Benchmarking: Perform rigorous model testing to maintain high standards of reliability and speed.

💪 You Need To Have

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Researcher, or Deep Learning Engineer.

• Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience building conversational AI or agents with LangChain and LangGraph.

• MLOps Knowledge: Familiarity with version control and MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, or Airflow.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization with Docker.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related AI/ML field.
