Position Summary

AE Perkins is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join our high-performing team in Dallas, TX. As a trusted advisor to our most valued clients, the SAM plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and business growth.

You will manage strategic client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service through collaboration, leadership, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute customised strategies focused on long-term client retention and growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse metrics to identify risks and opportunities, implementing proactive solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams to align on goals and deliverables.

  • Business Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and new product introductions to drive revenue.

  • Presentation & Communication: Conduct Annual Business Reviews and client meetings with professionalism and impact.

  • Organisation & Time Management: Manage multiple client projects and maintain detailed account documentation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience (required)

  • Proven track record in retention and client growth

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Industry experience with CDH & COBRA product administration (preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site


Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: $65,000 annually
🎯 Bonus: 10% annual bonus potential (Quarterly structure 4–6%)
