We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. You’ll become a strategic partner and advisor to the customer, understanding their needs and establishing opportunities to enhance their experience.

What you’ll be getting up to

· Provide a high quality Account Management service for our most valuable customers with the aim of building long term relationships that increase retention and unlock opportunities.

· As a dedicated resource for key accounts, you’ll be committed to helping them solve their problems, realise their business goals, and achieve success.

· You’ll work closely to the customer to understand their specific needs to improve customer retention.

· You’ll understand the customer journey and make recommendations to drive a consistent customer experience.

· Establish regular touchpoints with customers to help build trust and rapport.

· Working closely with the sales team to help maximise sales targets.

· Research our competitors within the marketplace to understand how we can develop our customer proposition.

· Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives that support he customer journey.

· You’ll help to provide data, reporting and trends that help the business to understand customer needs.

· Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to customers.

· Work effectively with all other departments to support in the delivery of company objectives and projects.

The role will be a great fit if

· You have previous experience as an Account Manager/Senior Sales Advisor within the energy or property market.

· You’ll have experience of providing account management to high value accounts.

· Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to find a win-win solution.

· Self-motivated with the drive to deliver results within a competitive market.

· Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening).

· Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capability.

· Accurate, with a thorough approach and attention to detail.

· You’ll know your way around a computer.

· Initiative and a desire to learn & grow with the business.

· A collaborator, team worker and effective communicator.

· Resilient and able to work under pressure.

· A competitive basis salary with outstanding uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
