• Position: Responsible AI Tech Lead

• Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Required Education: 15 years full-time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s)

• Required Experience: Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Copilot Studio

✅ What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities

As our Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will:

• Design, implement, and deploy Responsible AI solutions that respect ethical guidelines, data privacy, and governance standards.

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, compliance, product) to integrate Responsible AI practices into AI projects.

• Act as subject-matter expert (SME), contribute independently in team discussions, and provide solutions for complex AI challenges.

• Develop and maintain AI governance policies, compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate internal stakeholders about Responsible AI principles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with organisational values and compliance standards.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proven experience (≥ 3 years) in Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and AI governance

• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and SOAP UI

• Ability to interpret AI regulations, compliance requirements, and translate into actionable policies

• Solid collaboration and stakeholder-management skills

• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex AI ethics and compliance issues in simple terms

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience leading AI governance or compliance teams

• Exposure to large-scale AI deployments or regulated industry projects
