💼 Job Description:

As a Freelance HR Executive at TeamLease Services Ltd, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless HR support and execution of key processes.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR administrative support to internal and client teams.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of employee queries.

👉 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freelance experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools, databases, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings, remote coordination, and reporting.
