As a Data Analyst with Bajaj Finserv, you’ll play a key role in converting complex data into meaningful insights that shape business strategies and innovation. 🔍 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for analysis and reporting.

• Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Utilize Databricks to build scalable, efficient, and reusable data pipelines and notebooks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, troubleshooting data quality issues proactively.

• Work across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to support modern, scalable data environments.

• Support projects and initiatives involving AI/ML technologies and contribute to the development of data-driven products.

• Document processes, recommend best practices, and contribute to data governance policies that align with industry standards.

• Communicate insights effectively across teams to support decision-making and business impact.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a data-driven role.

• Strong command of SQL and Python — you understand data structures, logic, and optimization techniques.

• Experience with Databricks or equivalent big data platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud architecture — Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and cloud-based AI tools is a plus.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset — someone who can turn data into direction.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Additional knowledge of Azure, SFDC, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
