📋 Roles & Responsibilities – US IT Recruiter
🔍 Interview and assess candidates for various technical roles
💻 Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
🧩 Conduct Boolean searches and apply creative sourcing strategies
📞 Generate interest among passive candidates through calls, emails, and outreach
📂 Update internal databases with candidate profiles and interview notes
📑 Format resumes and make them client-ready
🎯 Meet daily and weekly submission targets (2 per day, 10 per week)
