🎨 About the Role – UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Greatify.ai you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing the company’s AI-powered educational ERP From ideation to delivering polished user-friendly interfaces your designs will directly influence how users interact with complex systems making them engaging intuitive and simple

💼 Key Responsibilities – UI/UX Designer

  • 🖌️ Design & Innovate: Create wireframes storyboards user flows and sitemaps

  • 🔗 Build Prototypes: Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes

  • 🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with product managers developers and designers

  • 👩‍💻 User-Centric Design: Conduct research usability testing and analyze feedback

  • 📚 Maintain Standards: Develop and manage a design system component library and style guide

✅ What They’re Looking For – UI/UX Designer

  • 🎯 4+ years of UI/UX design experience preferably with SaaS or B2B products

  • 🖼️ Strong portfolio showcasing visual design & interaction design

  • 🛠️ Expertise in Figma preferred Sketch or Adobe XD

  • 📊 Familiarity with A/B testing user analytics heat maps

  • ♿ Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards & inclusive design principles

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices

  • 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Design Computer Science or related field a plus

  • ⚡ Ability to start immediately and work on-site
