📋 Roles & Responsibilities – Recruitment Specialist

🔎 Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
🤝 Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to refine job descriptions
⚡ Monitor and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to improve candidate experience
📈 Set performance targets, track KPIs, and prepare recruitment reports
🎓 Train and upskill recruitment staff on tools, techniques, and best practices
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
