As a Data Analyst at Recro, you’ll work closely with AI product teams to analyze agent performance, track product metrics, and uncover insights that inform business strategy. You’ll use SQL and BI tools to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that tell the story behind the data.
🙌 About you – data analyst
✅ 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in product-focused or AI-first environments
✅ Proficient in SQL (MySQL preferred) and writing complex queries
✅ Hands-on experience with Metabase or other BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Superset
✅ Strong understanding of product analytics and voice AI metrics: funnel analysis, retention, conversation quality, engagement
✅ Excellent data storytelling, visualization, and communication skills
✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick insights and reporting
