✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
✅ Proven track record managing affiliate networks and driving measurable revenue
✅ Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, dashboards, and attribution models
✅ Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies
✅ Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
