🔑 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Talent Sourcing:
Search, identify, and engage candidates for IT roles using job boards, social platforms, and creative sourcing techniques.
🧩 Screening:
Evaluate candidates’ IT skills and ensure their profiles match the job requirements.
👥 Client Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job expectations and develop accurate job descriptions.
📊 Pipeline Management:
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple IT positions.
📞 Candidate Coordination:
Schedule interviews, discuss compensation, and assist in negotiation when needed.
📈 Market Awareness:
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and market shifts.
📝 Selection:
Shortlist the best candidates and deliver quality profiles to clients.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
✔️ 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
✔️ Experience using job boards, social media, and CRM tools
✔️ Ability to understand and analyze technical skills
✔️ Updated knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
✔️ Must be comfortable working on-site in Hitech City
