As part of the UPI production support team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth payment operations, managing production workflows, and coordinating with internal IT teams and vendors. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise.

💻 Technical expertise in Linux, WebLogic, Oracle, and query writing
🔐 Familiarity with Hardware Security Module (HSM)
📑 Understanding of audit and regulatory compliance

📋 Roles & Responsibilities – Production Engineer – UPI

🔎 Manage and support UPI production lifecycle and workflows
📝 Design production support procedures, documentation, and policies
🛠️ Identify and resolve technical issues with proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
🤝 Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for smooth operations
⚙️ Manage code migration across environments
📊 Research, analyze, and resolve production issues with efficiency

🎓 Your Experience & Skills – Production Engineer – UPI

🕐 2–5 years of relevant work experience
💻 Hands-on expertise in Linux, WebLogic, Oracle, and query writing
🔐 2+ years of experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM)
🎓 Educational Qualification: B. Tech, B. Sc, M. Sc, M. Tech, BCA, or MCA
