As a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a vital role in building high-performing teams across product, engineering, design, sales, and operations.

🔎 Proactively source talent across LinkedIn, Naukri, Angellist, GitHub, and Behance
📂 Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines
📝 Manage 8–10 active roles across departments simultaneously
📞 Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth processes
📊 Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics
🤝 Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements
📢 Drive employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
🛠️ Use ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Notion, Excel) for hiring operations and compliance

🎓 Your Experience & Skills – Talent Acquisition Specialist

🕐 0–2 years of recruitment experience (startup/agency preferred)
📝 Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PGDM a plus)
🌐 Excellent written & verbal communication skills
📊 Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel/Google Sheets, and ATS tools
💡 High EQ with strong multitasking and time management skills
