🛠️ Onboarding Specialist – Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage onboarding for consultants across Healthcare, Pharma, and State clients
📑 Collect and validate onboarding documents (I-9, W-4, E-Verify, etc.)
🔒 Ensure compliance with client-specific and internal policies
🤝 Serve as the first point of contact for new hires
🏢 Coordinate with internal teams: Payroll, HR, Compliance, Immigration
📊 Track and report onboarding progress, highlighting delays or concerns
📂 Support audits by maintaining accurate onboarding records
🎯 Onboarding Specialist – Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
💼 5+ years of experience in Onboarding, HR Operations, or Compliance (preferably in US Staffing)
📝 Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
🗣️ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
💻 Proficiency in MS Office & ATS systems
