IVA Advisor (Full-Time | Remote | £800-£1600/month)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IVA Advisor to join our remote team. You’ll provide expert advice on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) to clients looking for debt solutions.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced IVA Advisor to join our remote team, where you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their financial difficulties through Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA).

As an advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assess clients’ financial situations, determine their eligibility for an IVA, and provide clear and accurate advice on how the IVA process works. You will manage all aspects of IVA applications, including preparing and submitting the necessary paperwork, negotiating with creditors on behalf of the client, and ensuring that all documents comply with legal and financial regulations.

In addition to guiding clients through the initial stages of the IVA process, you will offer continuous support throughout the duration of the arrangement, helping them stay on track with payments and addressing any issues that arise. Your role will also involve explaining complex financial concepts in a simple, reassuring manner, as many clients may be under stress due to their financial situation.
