We’re looking for a goal-driven and detail-oriented Sr. US IT Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end US IT recruitment processes and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for Direct US Clients (W2 & Corp to Corp).

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals and networking sites.

  • Handle diverse IT requirements across different verticals.

  • Convert quality candidate submissions into successful interviews and placements.

  • Ensure SLAs and delivery metrics are met and exceeded.

  • Conduct daily sync-ups with team members and business unit heads for recruitment strategies and pipeline planning.
